For Teresa Pando and her chic botanical design studio, aptly located near the popular ‘Place of the Flowers’ square in central Lisbon, it was time for a new strategy. With a business ready to scale and an appetite for improved communication and a better online client experience, we mapped out a new strategy and design.

By leveraging a new, more refined visual identity, the ecological heart of this design studio could achieve a more nuanced positioning and hit the studio’s goal of netting a higher annual average LTV for event-related services.
