A boutique immigration consulting firm, Citizen Concierge needed to streamline their messaging and prove to their high-ticket clientele that they are worth the 5-figure investment. 



The immigration system is a complex tangle of paperwork, and the firm needed to communicate its flagship offer: a do-it-for-you, white-glove service for entrepreneurial immigrants.

We simplified the conceptual buckets of all the many services available and migrated the proprietary document system used for lower-tiered, DIY services.
